This is a super easy favorite at our house around the holidays! You can use a homemade pumpkin puree or a store bought, either way turns out amazing!
Ingredients :
2 cups AP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
16 oz pumpkin puree
1 stick butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Ya'll know how easy I am!
Add it all to the mixer and let it do it's thing! Doesn't matter what order!
When it has a nice smooth consistency, lightly spray a bread pan with your non-stick spray of choice.
Bake at 350 for 30-ish minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
This recipe can easily be made Gluten Free by simply swapping the AP Flour for a 1-1 baking flour!
